A short journey to Anantasana

This little sequence that has been fastened is a short journey to and through Anantasana, a beautiful pose that demands hip opening, core balance, and poise.  


Use the wall if you don't know this pose.  You can use your feet on the floor and wall, or your whole back to the wall.  Explore your options; yoga is about exploration.

Hip mobility and strength class

  • This great class starts with a meditation to centre your body and mind in alignment. Then an enjoyable sequence that will leave you feeling more mobile and freer.

Inversions inspiration class

In this energetic class you will be working on Eka Pada poses (one-leg poses), including Anantasana and Sirsasana III (Three Points Head Stand) including Eka Pada Sirsasana.

General easy class

General easy 40 min class for experienced students of Iyengar yoga
